$595 per participant

$545 per faculty/staff

PAYMENT DETAILS

A non-refundable deposit of $250 per person is due at the time of registration.

At 45 days out from the event 50% of total registration costs are due.

At 30 days out from the event 100% of total registration costs are due.

Cancellation/Refund Policy for Training Center

60 days out from event = Full Refund, less deposit

45 days out from event = Half Refund, less deposit

30 days out from event = No Refund

Exceptions:  Military service, family death, major medical (less deposit), or other extenuating circumstances evaluated on a per-case basis.

Refund will be applied to the original form of payment that was used.  If payments were only made in the form of a check, then refund will be made in kind.

Cancellation requests must be submitted via email to summit.program@scouting.org.

 

Who May Participate?

Leadership Challenge at the Summit is open to participants who have completed Wood Badge (you may still be working on your tickets).  All attendees will be required to  provide a current Annual Health and Medical Record – parts A, B, and C and current Youth Protection Training.
