Scout Camp 2015, Summit Style

The Walter Scott Summit Center is the hub for the James C. Justice National Scout CampScout camp—the learning, the merit badges, the advancement—it’s pretty cool, a classic Scouting experience.

The new Walter Scott Summit Center at the Summit Bechtel Family National Scout Reserve—with its lakes, trails, zip lines, boulder cove, sustainability treehouse, and more—might be considered an “instant classic.”

Between the amazing structure that serves as the hub of the Bechtel Summit and the surrounding activity areas, it has something for everyone.

Put them together and you’ve got an amazing Scout camp experience.

Whether you are a unit leader, Boy Scout or Venturer, in 2015 you can take your Scouting further at the James C. Justice National Scout Camp at the Summit Bechtel Reserve. Scouts and Venturers* can choose a variety of adventure-based activities, either for fun or in many cases to earn one of several merit badges associated with Scott Summit Center adventure venues.
